WHO ARE YOU?
I'm Clarence Harrison. I've been part of the League of Augsburg publishing team for over a decade. My partner, Barry Hilton, and I produced the Beneath the Lily Banners rules that inspired the creation of Warfare Miniatures (you can read about that here)...
I'm an artist, model painter, and wargamer. Unfortunately none of these are my full time job, nor is this store. Sometimes things get hectic in the real world, but I will always do my best to ensure the best customer service if you shop with me.
HOW DO I GET IN TOUCH WITH QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS?
The best way to reach me with questions about our products or problems with your order is by email as I receive these real time and can normally respond within the hour.

WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY ORDER?
My day to pack orders is usually Sunday, so most orders should arrive by the middle of the week following the week you placed the order. Sometimes, this isn't possible due to real life getting in the way and I will try to drop you a note to inform you of the delay - if you don't hear from me and feel your package has gone missing, please get in touch! Most mailing is done via USPS, though occasionally large orders (usually the over $99) may qualify for better rates through Fed Ex or UPS - this will be noted on your e-mail shipping notification.
I only ship to North America. All orders in the US are shipped by Priority Mail at a flat rate of $8.50. Orders to Canada and Mexico are shipped at the best available USPS rate by weight. Orders for the rest of the world should be directed to the League of Augsburg shop across the pond.
I can only offer returns in extreme circumstances so please be sure of what you are ordering! Don't hesitate to get in touch with questions...

I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to let me know the issue.
To return your product for refund or exchange, you should mail your product to: 1100 Brandon Ct, Chesapeake, Virginia, 23320.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
