With Talon and Claw 25 point army lists

A customer asked me to put together some 25 point army lists for  With Talon and Claw. I thought these would be worth sharing as this type of information always comes in useful.

The three forces in questions are

Cossacks 1650-1720

4 x 18 model infantry All musket,  Drilled (all with wagon defence to the front @ 1pt instead of 0.5 point for chevaux)  8 points
1 x 18 model infantry All musket, Drilled, flintlock + wagon defence 2.5 points
2 x light guns total 1 point
3 x levy units with improvised weapons fighting as Tribal infantry, Raw 1.5 points
4 squadrons of Tribal cavalry, Drilled, lance 6 points
1 squadron of Tribal cavalry, Veteran, lance, armour 3 points
3 squadrons of Tatar Ally Tribal Cavalry, Raw, bow 1.5 points
1 squadron of Tatar Ally Tribal Cavalry, Drilled, lance 1.5 points

Polish Lithuanian Commonwealth 1670-1685

2 squadrons of Cossacks, Tribal Cavalry, Drilled,  2 points
2 squadrons of Dragoons, Drilled, flintlock 1.5 points each 3 points
2 squadrons of Tatar allies Tribal Cavalry, Raw, bow,  1 point
1 x 18 model infantry, All musket, Drilled 1 point
1 x 18 model infantry, All musket, Raw 0.5 point

Saxo-Polish (Augustus) or, Swedish client (Leszczyński) 1704-07

1 squadron of Hussars, Blade, Drilled-Elite, armour, lance 3 points
1 squadron of Hussars Blade, Drilled-Elite, armour 2.5 points
4 squadrons of Pancerni, Bullet, Drilled, armour 6 points
1 squadron of Horse, Bullet, Drilled, armour 1.5 points
4 squadrons of Horse, Bullet, Raw 2 points
2 squadrons of Tatar allies, Tribal Cavalry, Raw, bow 1 point
2 squadrons of Cossack allies, Tribal Cavalry, Raw, 1 point
2 squadrons Dragoons, Drilled, flintlock 3 points
2 x 18 model infantry, All musket, Drilled, flintlock 3 points
2 x 18 model infantry, All musket, Raw 1 point
1 x field gun 1 point

Now, we could probably argue the toss on a lot of the gradings but, this gives a general shape for each army and all have built in strengths and weaknesses. Cossacks are particualrly fun to game with.

What is really encouraging is the amount of positive feedback which is incoming on the usefulness of lists and the 4PLAY scenarios... more of those coming over the next couple of weeks.
